I wanted the design to be simple and timeless, elegant and smart. To obtain this, the logo was developed in black, white and shades of grey. I love creating unique monograms so used this approach for Colony Visual Effects. As company is working on visual effects and making impossible stuff, possible, I decided to play with C, made with Escher-esque approach creating bending letter with impossible geometry theme.

The elongated 'M' could be used as a separate icon, too. That brings literal sense to the logo, as body is one of the fields of plastic surgery. Thus, we set out to create a logo that would capture both of these qualities.We went with a monogram as the icon for the logo and hexagons as the base. Then incorporated diamond shaped branes/planes that were arranged horizontally and vertically. Different shading to various aspects of those shapes gave them the appearance of being transparent, layered, and three-dimensional. The combination of which helped depict not only M, O, and E, but also the concept of spacetime and the universe.The ‘O’ in the monogram helped us express magic.
